POSTAGE & SHIPPING
Postage is a flat rate of $9.95 in Australia and $24.95 for international orders.
All artworks are custom-printed, so allow about a week for printing and shipping, plus delivery time. You will receive tracking details from our shipping agent.
Your print will arrive in a protective cylinder. Please remove it carefully from the packaging or take it directly to your framer unopened.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, refunds and exchanges are not offered if you change your mind after ordering or receiving your print, as each print is made to order.
If packaging is damaged in transit, please photograph it before opening, along with the print, if damaged, and send the photos to ginahetheringtonart@gmail.com to receive an identical replacement.
